what is it?
The C-50 is a Hungarian series of diesel locomotives for narrow-gauge railways produced in large numbers between 1952 and 1968. Production of the series began in 1952 at the Northern Repair Works of Magyar Államvasutak (MÁV) in Budapest. For the propulsion, lorry components from the truck and van manufacturer Csepel were used.
