Fix the dangerous sunken pavement on Schoonegge, Rotterdam-Zuidwijk

A resident broke her wrist after falling on sunken, uneven tiles. The council has had at least ten reports but postponed repair to 2027 (tree roots, no contractor). The Pendrecht-Zuidwijk wijkraad asks for a temporary safe path now.
