Drive Amazon deforestation from 3,335 km² a year to zero
Amazon basin (Brazil's Legal Amazon)
INPE's PRODES estimate for Aug 2025–Jul 2026 is 3,335 km² cleared in Brazil's Legal Amazon, the lowest since 1988 but still more than 3,000 km² of forest lost a year. Hold enforcement and reach the zero-deforestation-by-2030 goal.
